Hostel was very average. Only stayed there for some hours in the afternoon waiting for our bus to Sao Paulo. Just needed a shower and a place to rest for a bit. Charged way too much for towels. 30 reales for 2 towels is ridiculous that buys you a towel!!!!
Vibe not that good when we stayed there but that might be due to covid.
For now not recommended.
This is good for its location 5 minutes walk from the beach of Hipanema.
I didn't like the fact that bedrooms are mixed boys and girls.
The team is cool and very helpful. A kitchen is available for everyone, it's great for our own little breakfasts, because it's always the same breakfast every morning.
Best moment to be there it's during carnival time.
Love the staff, everyone friendly and helpful, room and bathroom clean!

The hostel is in a good location quite close to Ipanema beach. For me, the biggest advantage was the super friendly and helpful staff. We shared a private room for three which was basic but very clean and with our own bathroom. It's very easy to meet people but it's not the typical party hostel do you can still get a good night of sleep easily. Would come back!
This is an awesome hostel! Quit but fun! Fantastic vibes by the owners, staff and travelers... Cleaned, organized and comfy beds..
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rio.
Closed by the beach, located on a quiet street.
