Amazing stay. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, great management and staff, breakfast was excellent. Manager Vera and assistant Mariana was extremely attentive with personalized service and very helpful with all requests, best in class service! Stayed here a month, will definitely stay again!
Kudos to the recruiting manager for hiring such amazing staff. Rosa the front desk was very nice as well, and extremely helpful.

Great attention of all the staff (big shoutout to Rosa from reception for helping out with printing when I needed). Great location close to Ipanema and Copacabana. Only issue I had was the poor Internet in my room (10th floor)

Check in process really easy
They just need to work a little better on the cleaning in the bathroom showers.
Never again, wifi is not efficient, horrible breakfast, even when the hotel is empty they don't allow you to stay one hour after check out, the receptionist was most of the time outside with his phone
Maybe the first impression wasn't good BUT we saw it's improving...
Hotel is nice as 3*. Very close to shops and beaches. Pool is very small.
Reseption SUPERVISOR he is brilliant. Very helpful his customer service is amazinghe has time for everyone.
Our room (deluxe double) was really good size nice clean and housekeeping services is good (fresh towels and good cleaning every day)
Breakfast and kitchen.... food is Continental can be more varieties but is fresh!!.
Luck of staff... need more staff. Many times we don't have clean table or cups.
All together it was lovely time there... Thank Thank you I recommended for everyone
