A refined experience, unmatched service excellence. The staff here are literally exceptional. Special note to the restaurant Manager Susana. We made reservations for dinner and due to an error, the reservation was not scheduled. She quickly found a solution, offering to prepare a table for us in the lounge. Not only did she make up for the error, she was personally waiting at reception for us when we arrived. The view was amazing, dinner was a delight and the staff make this place shine. Thank you!!
I enjoyed my special stay at this well situated hotel! Right at the most famous beach in the world Copacabana! Service on point and fresh&yummu breakfasts were my No1! Not mentioning comfortable rooms, I really had a great time!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Copacabana in Rio.
Top service, the staff is extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. They also set me up with a fantastic tour guide who showed me around some of the best spots in the city.
The rooftop infinity pool is amazing, and so are the views. Make sure to spend some time relaxing at the steam room after a massage.

My GAWD!!!! This hotel truly deserves UNLIMITED STARS!!! Everything from the moment we stepped on the property every member of their team was welcoming, passionate, attentive and eager to provide DIAMOND SERVICE!!!
The property is CLEAN! The food is DELICIOUS! The service is IMPECCABLE!! I will ONLY stay at Hotel Emiliano when I’m Rio!!
