The hotel is a true oasis! From the front desk to the housekeeping department, everything is impeccable! A special thanks to Renata Amparo, she is such a sweetheart, professional and made sure that our stay was a great experience! The pool is absolutely amazing and Rogerio really took care of us! Loved waking up in the morning and having breakfast, Ana and Diego knew exactly our tastes and made our morning a lot more enjoyable! Can't wait to spend the whole month of January/2021 with all of you! Thank you all, see you soon!

This is without a single doubt in my mind the best hotel to stay at in Rio if not in all of brazil. It is historically iconic which I totally love and the level of service is unmatched. I requested glass Evian water and the hotel did not have if but an hour later it was in our room waiting for me to enjoy. The spa here is not all that but the products in the spa are a must. They have an amazing collection of towels and eye masks and robes you have to snag them. Love everything about this hotel. Super safe!
One of the best and most iconic hotels in Rio de Janeiro. Celebs and high end guests are repeaters over there. At New Year's, the ferries are docked right in front of the hotel for the world famous celebration. A must go once in town!
