Amazing service. Great staff !
Very nice staff, good location near Copacabana beach. Lots of restaurants around. Great breakfast. The rooms are dated but everything works. It is noisy as it is on the corner of 2 streets and all rooms are facing one or the other so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper.
I have been debited twice (one by error). Manager said to me I have booked another night but it is totaly false.. I am still trying to get the money back..

Rooms are extremely dated, beds are not comfortable, showers are not inviting. This place is not as advertised. We saw the room and booked novotel in leme straight away. Best decision ever made was to change location immediately.
Great location, staff, breakfast and wifi. HOT showers, clean secure air conditioned rooms with a safe.
