Great hotel, clean and tidy. Had a nice experience overall. The price obviously is high but you get what you pay for. Would consider improving entertainment options.
Poor enforcement of safety protocols. Good hotel with excellent friendly service. Not recommended during the pandemic as the Hotel management is not enforcing safety protocols to protect guest and employees. Guests walking around at hotel bar/reception area/corridor/elevator/bathrooms without masks and still hugging waiters.
I stayed in a sweet room with an amazing ocean front. It was so good and service snd everything was satisfying. I’ll definitely come back when in Rio.
Chic and very comfortable. Suite ocean front is highly recommend. Service is good but not empowered for important tasks.
Excellent experience. As described on the website. Warm, welcoming helpful hotel staff. Certainly a priority stay on my next visit to Rio!
