Good stay! Convenient location- nearby Copacabana and Ipanema but also provides a respite from the heavily trafficked tourist areas. Room is comfortable. Rooftop has an incredible view. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff are especially warm, welcoming, helpful.
The worst hotel I have been to. This is NOT a 5 star hotel, far from.
Spa water was slightly warm bath water. Wi-Fi is terrible. If you work on your computer, this is not the place to come to. Our room was not serviced while we were out for the day. Our phone was not working so we could not get a hold of anyone.
Would not recommend this place. Do not waste your time!
Beautiful ellegant decor, outstanding terrace with breathtaking views, cool colourful swimming pool. Great range of drinks. Excellent customer service, staff was brilliant!
Silly hotel. Supposed to be 5 star . Maybe when it was new which is long time ago. Over priced terrible old furniture rooms. Small pools and roof top bar that have no social distancing in place. I asked for a Mojito but couldn't get one since had run out of mint! Rude front desk staff and takes forever for check in and check out. Avoid this hotel
