I will try to be fair here. The hotel is clean and the service is good. The bed and the pillows could really use some upgrades. The double bed room is put together with two single mattresses and in the middle of it, you can feel the edge of each mattress. Pillows were too hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep and that is pretty much what you need a hotel room. To rest.

Fantastic location. Rooms are smaller if comparing to North America. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Always felt safe! Nice and quiet!

Great spot right in the heart of Copacabana. Fabricio at the front desk had a gentle demeanor, switched between three languages effortlessly, and hopped to it when I requested a quiet room on a high floor. That breakfast buffet was the rub.

Good place to be for a few days. The gym has only equipments to aerobic workout, the other things won't help you in your routine. Good breakfast, "common" bedroom and nice location to be in Rio de Janeiro.
