This 4 star hotel is probably worth 1 star.
We had a room without a balcony, there was no access for prams (we carried them up the stairs every day), breakfast was the same and cold every day, the walls were thin and everything could be heard from the neighbors, barely 3 people could fit in the elevator.Staff friendly but they have a very bad English, best of all is room cleaning and coffee. Never again there and I really don't understand the categorization and how they have 4 stars!?
After 7 hours of driving, the first thing they asked me for and before I got the room key was to pay. I just asked them to go to the room, and then I would go down and pay ... after I entered the room, after 5 minutes the phone rang, they called me from the reception to come and pay. Incredibly!
For the first time in my life I experienced something like that!

This hotel is a scam. One star is for the nice staff, otherwise a 'zero' would be too much. The pictures on booking.com are taken from a 'nice' angle, I guess - but as soon as you come to your room.. disaster. There was hair on the bathroom floor from some other guests, the air conditioning was from the 70'. Rooms are outdated and not fit for a hotel with 4****. The breakfast was literally 'to die for' and the mosquitos ate us alive, the view was not worth 'a 100 bucks, I guess' and they never even heard about soundproofing - looks like there is a really 'party on' club nearby. The elevator made us sick, the walls and floor in the lobby are nasty and... sweet Lord, get it together.
Good location- about a 5min walk from the beach. The staff at the reception was helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The room was quite small but it was clean and nice. Amazing selection at the breakfast. The hotel offers free rental bikes. There is a bus stop tight in front of it. Supermarket Conad is located about a 10min walk, and so were restaurants, shops and cafes. Overall a good value for the price.
The breakfast wasn't so great as other comment seems to point, most stuff is tasteless.
The parking area is on the opposite side but there are no signs to it, and is quite small, so most of the clients can't use it and must park along the street
The hotel in general seemed very clean and the staff was kind.
This hotel was the worst one I have ever been on. The AC didn't work and the room was burning. We went to the reception, they said that it was not working in any other room. They asked if we wanted to see another room. We changed the room, we brought our luggage but it was still hot. After we changed, they said that we needed to pay 10 more euros. We said we wanted a refund and they let us move to that room without paying extra.
