Disappointing from check in, the worst welcome in over 40 years of travel, lack of information, tired rooms and decor, not an Exec level room and the spa area, damaged, dirty and in poor working order. I changed to this hotel at last minute as I was drawn to the rooftop spa area but beware the photos on the website and not representative of the reality. We did raise issues, particularly about safety and hygiene of the spa, we were given a 10% reduction on our room rate, however this was unacceptable in terms of our experience... there are far nicer hotels nearby with lower rates...
Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Hotel de londres we had room 402 which backed into the busy street great if you like to people watch.All the staff were very nice and the room was cleaned to a very high standard every day.Got great rates for 2 sunbeds on Bagna 24, 10 euro for two beds didn't need umbrella, the staff at Bagna were also great and make sure you visit the beach cafe valentine's at side of Bagna 24 the food is fantastic and Marco and the ladies looked after us for the duration of our stay.overall a great hotel only downside the coffee at breakfast wasn't very nice but would definitely stay again.
The maids are phenomenal
They make the bed every day, new towels every day, neat and clean. I am so thrilled.
