Very small rooms, old stuff.
We stayed at this hotel for a week in July 2019. This is a very nice hotel, extremely clean and rooms are nice. Breakfast is excellent - a big variety of food to choose, excellent quality and extremely fresh. Matilda and Ramona made sure that everything in the restaurant was
excellent. At this moment I do not remember the name of the guy in the front desk (night shift). I believe his name is Michael, he was fantastic and the one that always went the extra mile to help. The owners are present all the time - they are pleasant and willing to help. I only wish they had more people that spoke English. The entire stay was fantastic!
This was a very nice hotel. The location, near the beach (you have to cross a busy street) was great. It was in a quiet street with a 5 min walk to the beach. With Covid-measures, the breakfast was behind a plexi screen and you could choose the things you wanted. There was a lot of choice and it all tasted very good. Our room was very clean and for a basic room, we had a lot of space and a nice terrace. The only problem we had, was the communication . Italians speaking English in Rimini is really rare but I expect this in a hotel with tourists. There was one woman at the reception who wasn't friendly and it seemed like she was annoyed with every question we asked. She responded one time with 'that is none of your business', while we were asking about the prices of the massages. As a customer , you are allowed to ask these questions.
This hotel is very nice. The breakfast served is top of the line. And the price wasn't too expensive. Very great bed, good size bathroom, and tv with channels in multiple languages.
My only complaint is every morning I've had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, and yet they knock anyway asking about service
I stayed in this hotel for around 6 days. Location - very far away from city center, but very close to the beach. If you go for a business trip I'd rather not recommend it because this hotel doesn't have a sound protection. I slept very bed because of a lot of drunk tourists who was walking around (mostly Russians) during the whole night. What is more, every night I had to wake up because women above my room were preparing to disco, didn't know what to wear, walked wearing hills, preparing a suitcase for department and made a crazy noise (yes, I heard their conversation and heard each step they did on the floor above me), under sleep that caused strong headache, irritation and tiredness nevertheless the bed was comfortable. Another thing that I want to point out it is a very noisy air conditioning system.
Staff was very kind and polite but it doesn't compensate issues i described above.
So, if you want to have a good rest, i don't recommend this hotel, unfortunately.
