It's a perfect place for a holiday. Breakfast nice and fresh. Fruits, yogurts, eggs, beans and bacon. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Every day a fresh pillows, fresh bed linen. Always very clean. I am very happy to stay here. Definitely will be back. I would recommend...
The hotel is in view of the sea (a short walk to the beaches), and 1 km from the historical center of Rimini. Rooms are clean, the personnel is kind and breakfast is various and abundant.
- Spider webbs in the ceiling behind the curtain
- No Sky TV despite saying in the booking description
- The shower is very weak and takes several minutes to get warm. Sometimes the shower was cold THE WHOLE TIME DURING THE SHOWER!
- The jacuzzi was very small (not like the pictures of the homepage) and it DIDN'T EVEN WORK! There came no water out of the jacuzzi.
- No bathrobe and drinking glasses in the suite (just cups)
- One employee was very unkind, especially if you can't speak italian.
- Overall we didn't received what we wanted and what was written on the booking confirmation. The suite was not as moderne as it looked on the pictures.
- It doesn't deserve to be a 4-Star Hotel!!!
Additional fees - Parking is €15 per day per car and €5 per person per day for a sunbed + €8 per day for an umbrella. You are not allowed to just use your own beach towels to sit on the beach, you must pay to use it.
Rooms- Ridiculously small, there is barely any space to walk around the bed. Furniture is in very bad shape, outdated and worn. The bathroom and balcony where decent size. The water from the fridge is NOT free. The rooms are also extremely noisy, no noise cancelling as advertised. No coffee and tea tray in the rooms either.
Service- Once we cheked-in there were a few issues in the rooms, the main one beeing that the air conditioning controller in one of the rooms was litterally hanging off the wall by it's wires. We reported the air conditioning thing and asked for someone to be sent up as it's a health hazard, we asked twice on separate occasions but no one ever bothered. Moreover, in one of the rooms the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was unbearable, we constantly shut the door and kept the balcony open as much as possible. we reported this as well but no one came to check.
Internet - As one of us had to work during our stay normal working hours, we really relied on the internet being free and with good speed. There is an internet socket on the side of the desk which gave us hope when we realised that even our phones were barely connecting. My partner went to reception explaining he would need a stable connection for work and asked for an internet cable. He was told this was a very old system (the sockets in the room) and that cables were not available to connect to it so he must use WiFi. He explained the quality is very bad and asked if there is anything else we could do and was just told that it works fine for them at reception. We ended up having to hotspot from out phone.
