We tried to resolve this with the hotel, but weren’t heard.
Upon arrival it was made clear that many of the services advertised are not available: restaurant closed, spa closed, no entertainment, not even possible to buy a coffee or soda during the day.
They ended up willing to order lunch for us (€5 fee) which was then dumped on a table in a paper box, not even cutlery or a cup.
Website States “parking available reservation needed” but it’s not possible to reserve parking & it wasn’t available. So we had to street-park, leading to stress about finding a spot whenever we used the car.
Service at breakfast is terrible, tables are not cleared, sometimes took more than 30min to receive a cup of coffee.
Maintenance equipment was left in the room upon arrival.
The room only had 2 power outlets, neither of which where close to the bed.
Rude guy at front desk, he even ignored us and purposely spoke in Italian when he knew we didn’t and we knew he was perfectly capable of speaking English.
On the day before we left we asked the reception if we could have breakfast at 07:15am to catch our flight. “No problem” we were told. Upon arrival at the restaurant we were sent away and told that breakfast wasn’t open yet.
Heavily Disappointed with this stay. Wouldn’t recommend
One of the best hotels in Rimini. Spa is decent and service is ok. Rooms are a little small and beds are not that confortable. Beware of parking under the trees! There are a lot of birds!
I love this place! My room was well designed and served, the restaurant offered genuine quality dishes and a pleasant atmosphere, breakfast in the garden is a great start for the day. The personnel is nice and helpful.
In front if the beach and few steps away the Main Street. It was a great stay!!!

Clean and nice room, with everything you need. The breakfast was amazing, the staff also really nice, polite and there if you needed it. A plus: you are just next to the famous Grand Hotel from Fellini's movie.
