we stayed 3 nights there, our stay was great the staff was great from the receptionist to the cleaners and breakfast staff
The spa was fantastic at night because of its light
Breakfast was awesome altough they dont have a buffet anymore because of covid
Overall the hotel was worth it
We had the Prua room which is fairly sized and cosy.We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staffs are so pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast choice was extensive and abundant made to order options.The hotel is well placed for travelling to other areas of Rimini,very accessible to trains and buses.Beautiful area specially the overlooking seaside view at the balcony.Nice pool with a relaxing spa.Lunch and dinner was in different location so we had a hard time looking for a restaurant to dine in coz most of the restaurants nearby was full.
So I have to post this review again because hotel deleted it.
One star for nice location close to the beach.
But rest was absolutely horrible. I have never seen such a unfriendly and rude stuff. At the breakfast we sat to the table for 4 people because other tables for 2 people were not prepared and we didnt want to be unpolite to sit to unprepared table. There was not many people so if some bigger group of people come to breakfast they will have place for sure also. When the waitress came she did not even say hello and immedietely started to complain why we are sitting at the table for a family. In general stuff were not nice at all and we felt like we are disturbing them. You dont want to feel like this at vacation and especially when you pay 360 euro per 2 days. You expect completely different treatment. When we asked for taxi to the center receptionist told us to call some taxi by ourselfs eventhough we dont know any taxi companies there and as usal we though maybe this hotel have some deals with taxi companies.We also paid extra money for parking (40 eur for 2 days) and someone crashed our car and when we went to reception they said there are no cameras and did not care at all and did not even apologize. In general this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, food was okay nothing special but because of the service we really did not have a good time there. Never again! So for that price you can find something better for sure where can work also nice people who are not annyoed by their jobs.
