A great hotel in Riga worth staying at. Its very clean and incredibly comfy with lots of floor space. Breakfast is included, with a nice range of options. Staff are very friendly and always make an effort. The hotel is on the outside of the old town, so everything is within a 5min walk, but also far enough out to avoid the noise at night. It is also opposite a shopping centre, so easy to buy supplies. At the rates they charge this hotel is a steal!
It was hard to rate this place. It's really stylishly decorated, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was good and I really liked the fish pond and the parakeet. However, it was really hot weather when we were there and only one of the five windows in the room opened and it happened to be one right across from a very bright streetlamp, so one had to choose between fresh air and darkness at night. The hot-water-heated towel rack was pumping out heat in the bathroom. We couldn't really sleep at all. I'd come back here again during a colder part of the year but I'd avoid July and August.

Very nice, relaxed atmosphere, clean room, excellent bed and tasty breakfast.
Great hotel at a very central but quite location. Very kids friendly staff. Breakfast was OK.
