I allways get good service in Bergs. Combine it with large rooms filled with authenticity in this small, but luxurious hotel located centrally in Riga.
Breakfast is a bit small for longer stays, but is plenty for a long weekend. Cozy. Few rooms
The hotel is still of a high standard at a price very favourable when compared with similar standards elsewhere in Europe. The restaurant, however, previously excellent has now changed management and is no longer of merit.
Not really worth a five star hotel. Staff not friendly. Sauna and spa was unavailable and occupied for pretty much the whole stay
Tucked away, but otherwise perfectly located luxury Hotel. A massive renovation of a previously historic building. Supremely comfortable beds, and most rooms equipped with a compact kitchenette. Room sizes can vary considerably, but most are rather bland. Buffet breakfast extremely basic, and the service needed for extra items, cooked or otherwise, is agonisingly slow. Very peaceful in every way.
Spacious clean room. The staff is welcoming, reserved and very professional. The best staff in Balt countries. Thank you !
