Everything was good except when we asked for umbrella in the reception they said you don't need one because it is not raining but it was raining at the end.
My stay was very disappointing as the offer provided did not fit the actual description. First the offer total reserved cost should have been 55 EUR. In the confirmation there was a remark that no guarantee amount will be charged. When arriving at the hotel to check in the room you had to wait about 30 minutes in line and then 50 EUR were charges as guarantee amount. Receptionist promised to return money during check out process. As receptionist changed - information provided next morning was different. Money to be returned later when they will check that nothing has been taken from mini bar and then depending on bank time can not be estimated precisely. Very disappointing response and support from receptionists. Additionally snack description included in the offer is very precise though in reality missing things described: strawberries, home made sweet potato chips, dried blackberries, cookies. Room was cold and air conditioning is not working until 30.04. You could use an alternative heating device - it took about 2 hours for the room to feel warm. And the very noticeable white stains on blue bed pillows was the highlight.
I was travelling with my dog, and really appreciated that in the room there was a dog’s bowl for water. However hotel has charged me additionally for the dog without prior information (I have made a note about dog while my booking, but hotel administration didn’t provide any information on it). I had a room with a view to river, and the view was indeed very nice. However windows are dirty and therefore it was not possible to enjoy the view at it’s all best. The room was noisy due to the side towards a busy street. Standard hotel breakfast, very complicated self-service to bring it up from restaurant to the room (luckily a very nice Spanish gentleman has helped me calling elevator and opening doors for me). Very handsome Latvian guy at the check-out today, he really admired my dog

Today is a rainy day. Asked reception where can I get an umbrella, expecting them to be locals and let me know where is the nearest spot to buy or to rent from hotel. Instead got laughter and single word in reply : No. Nice service.
Breakfast and room is superb anyway, altho cell and wifi reception is almost none.
Excellent location, good (if typical) brekkie, nice, clean rooms, comfy beds, very helpful staff. Ticks all boxes.
Oh. Tasty cocktails in the lobby bar.
