convenient location, nice area, friendly staff, good hot water, air conditioning, fan, everything works, feel the care of the owners of the hotel for visitors, the only negative is the alarm system I heard... everything is thought out to the smallest detail from toothpicks to bathrobes ... nice clean pool...
Really great small intimate small place, service is absolutely on point with cleaning as you wish.
I've been to alot of high price hotels in Phuket, but this hotel is affordable and with the same service as the high ranged hotels.
If you're looking for a hotel, that isn't to big, this is probably exactly what you're looking for. The villas are in a great shape, the cleaning is spotless, the location couldn't be better, and the service is over the top.

Very nice hotel close to the beach and lots of nice bars and restaurants on this street. The owners and staff are all great. I have stayed here many times and always come back here
My first time in Rawai, and I had a bike accident , that’s life, but I cannot praise the staff enough as they looked after me everyday, with medication, food, kindness and hospitality was second to none.
Rooms are large and very clean, small pool but ok for a dip.
All in all enjoyed my stay because of the staff.
Would recommend to anyone.
Lovely experience! Clean rooms, friendly staff and opportunities to rent scooters, bikes and even equipment for swimming. Great and tasty breakfast. Cosy pool area with a great pool - they clean it daily and keep the water at a decent temparature. Been here for 2 weeks with my partner and some friends and it was a such a great experience. And for a good price as well. You won’t regret your stay!
