Great value little hotel in Rawaii. Beautifully decorated garden around the pool. Really love the attention to detail here.
Rooms are huge along with the bathroom. Definetly not short of space here. The bed was awesome, slept like a baby. Beach towels readily available in room.
Customer service upon checking in was outstanding. Very friendly welcome.
The only negative here was the room had a slight musky smell that reminds of an old persons home. Maybe some of the furniture a bit outdated perhaps. Also the bathroom has a few mosquitoes as it's connected to the outside. Other than that everything was great.
Would give 4.5 if possible.

Was greeted by a very polite man that we suspect was the owner. We liked the location and the place seemed calm. Booked only one night to test the room. There was two big issues with the room:
1. The AC didn't work very well so it was very hot during the night, there was dripping water from it.
2. The curtains let in a lot of light so the room didn't really get dark during the night(lots of lights outside).
Still we felt that these were issues that the owner could easily fix we therefore went to talk to the owner the following morning. We wanted to speak to him about these problems and to prolong our stay. However the man was nowhere to be seen instead we were met by a lady that was very unpolite and disrespectful. We therefore decided to check out instead.
We also suspect that they had repackaged a used shower cap since there was old unclear water inside of the package. Also the bottles for the body lotion and shower gel were dirty around the opening.

Bed bugs in the room, transfered to other room 2days later!!! Fridge not working. No bathrobes or Jacuzzi as stated!! No 24 hour reception as stated... either!!
