I stayed in this hotel during pandemic times, so it was very calm and empty.
Pro's:
- The staff is absolutely fantastic, friendly, helping as much as they can.
- rooms are big, nice, clean
- location is good (though you should have a scooter)
- pool, plants etc look nice
Con's:
- very small fitness room
- the hotel has no "soul" for me. There is a clean atmosphere, all cemented, but i stayed in other places i had more of that feeling that the place has a individual story to tell.
In the end its a good choice and you're fine here ☺️
Very quiet. To be expected with Covid-19. Rooms huge with exceptionally large bathtub, not usually found in hotels/resorts. Service and cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast choice limited but adequate.
Saved us after the Airbnb we had booked turned out to be horrible.
Rawai Palm Beach Resort is open and they keep maintaining the rooms and the great pool area even though due to COVID season there's very few customers.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, the offered breakfast is basic but good. The rooms are great with an amazing bathtub.
Nice staff, perfect room and good breakfast
A very cool place. The rooms on the left wing have two advantages. Those on the ground floor have private mini pools, the one on the top floor has a beautiful view of the bay. The hotel has a very comfortable pool system with a bar. The rooms are large and comfortable. The daily service took care of cleanliness. Service very nice and helpful, most of the employees speak English well.
