Amazing hotel, located in the prime area of the city! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very modern and clean. Recommend staying here if you want to explore the amazing night life in Quito.
Good location, very clean, and great staff! The room was very clean and comfortable, although the mattress was quite firm. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with made to order coffee and eggs. All staff was very helpful and organized taxis and a tour for us. Veronica was very kind and helped us numerous times, including arranging laundry service.
Very cute hotel managed by one of the nicest lady we met in Ecuador. Everything is well kept and clean (she takes COVID very seriously!), the terrasse is great to relax after a day of touring Quito, and the room we got was nice and spacious. It’s not a luxury hotel, it can get a little noisy given the neighborhood, but for the price, it’s worth every single penny. It’s also well-located, coffee in the morning is delicious, and the owner is available literally 24/7. What else do you want?
Awesome owners. Superb service. This hotel was a great choice and I would highly recommend. We stayed in a nice private little house, and had a really.good private breakfast.
Nice checkout time of noon, codes to enter main gate, building and room kept it very safe but accessable too. You are able to self check in and a bag hold is complimentary as needed. Our pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable, the shower was great with small shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion provided. WiFi was fast and far reaching. The owners and staff were kind and sweet. It is an official Ecuador Hop pick up point too so if you stay here you get door to door tour drop off. It is about 4 blocks from Tarzan, a phenomenal and affordable"Tex-Mez" restaurant. But the best part was the included breakfast!!!!! Hot, fresh bread and eggs that were perfectly salted and buttery along with coffee, juice and fresh fruit.
One of my favourite Selinas, in a great location in La Mariscal, with great facilities. The bathrooms in the dorms are super spacious and like hotel bathrooms. Great kitchen and common area, and great staff.
I usually don't write any reviews, but this place is so amazing that definitely deserves one. We stayed here in early October 2020. The place is very clean, great rooms, good covid safety protocols in place and absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. Especially their manager! They helped me to solve problem with airlines, gave directions for city including places where I can buy things I needed, allowed to borrow their scale. Pretty much all requests were accommodated. The food needs to be ordered in advance from restaurant, but their shrimps to dye for. Would very recommend. The place is better than another 5 star hotel where we stayed first couple days.
We had great time in Artplaza hotel. The staff were great and answered all our requests. (even played with our children) The place is very clean and there are pleasant seating areas. Highly recommend (especially for families with children)
