We stayed here for 5 days celebrating our anniversary. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. For the quality and service, you cant beat the price. The suite was large and spacious. We went to the Neu Bistro, located within the hotel and dined privately. We met the mastermind behind the menu, Fransisco's food is exquisite. He had such a lovely personality, thank you for making our dinner special. Andres, the GM was incredibly polite and hospitable. He accommodated everything we asked for and beyond. Pablo was informative and knowledgable about local activities, sight seeing and overall helpful when we requested information on the area. Thank you all for making our vacation exceptional.
