Good location, very clean, and great staff! The room was very clean and comfortable, although the mattress was quite firm. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with made to order coffee and eggs. All staff was very helpful and organized taxis and a tour for us. Veronica was very kind and helped us numerous times, including arranging laundry service.
What a fantastic find! Just over a block from Plaza Foch, this tasteful hotel is the ideal place to stay in Quito. Our room faced the street but noise was minimal. The bed was nice and the room was tastefully furnished, but that’s not the best part. The staff that we got to know (Benicio, William, Patricio and Veronica) were simply fantastic! They were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make our time there the best it could be. It was like having a full time personal concierge! Please, do yourself a favor and stay here; you’ll be glad you did.
I was hesitant to stay in La Foch - it is a noisy part of town. But Casa Joaquin was a gorgeous refuge. It was completely quiet in my room and the entire hotel is well-designed and lovely. The staff were great and very helpful. I would definitely stay again!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Service was great and the food was good to. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. Really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!
