We stayed here for 5 days celebrating our anniversary. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. For the quality and service, you cant beat the price. The suite was large and spacious. We went to the Neu Bistro, located within the hotel and dined privately. We met the mastermind behind the menu, Fransisco's food is exquisite. He had such a lovely personality, thank you for making our dinner special. Andres, the GM was incredibly polite and hospitable. He accommodated everything we asked for and beyond. Pablo was informative and knowledgable about local activities, sight seeing and overall helpful when we requested information on the area. Thank you all for making our vacation exceptional.
Very nice hotel centrally located, great service, excellent room and super comfortable bed
Really comfortable room/bed. Staff very friendly. Let down by small set breakfast. They had no alternative to eggs every day. Currently not 5 Star
We did a couples spa day. It was fantastic. Connie coordinated everything, price was reasonable and we felt amazing afterwards
The hotel is set in a lovely part of Quito, is distinctively decorated, and nicely set out. Staff are helpful, and the breakfast is outstanding.
The rooms are strikingly decorated, and well laid out. The bed is delightfully huge and comfortable, and the bathroom large, slight the showers are a little delicate for my liking.
The breakfast is absolutely superb and could scarcely be improved.
Sadly the gym is quite small, and the spa had only one of a steam room / sauna (although I can’t remember which!).
The hotel’s brasserie also serves very nice food.
