I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. It is clean and the environment is spectacular. There is so much history here. I will definitely be staying here again.
One of the best places in downtown Quito. If you want to have that historic experience this is the perfect spot. Also the staff were super friendly.
I deducted one star because our room didn't have a window. The staff at this place were wonderful. Breakfast which was included was also very good.
Very nice place to stay. The unique architecture, design and numerous plants make it feel very warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and make sure that the rooms are clean and there is breakfast provided as well. The top patio gives a nice view of the city as well.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Ask for a room in the back to avoid street noise. No elevator.
