Very cute hotel managed by one of the nicest lady we met in Ecuador. Everything is well kept and clean (she takes COVID very seriously!), the terrasse is great to relax after a day of touring Quito, and the room we got was nice and spacious. It’s not a luxury hotel, it can get a little noisy given the neighborhood, but for the price, it’s worth every single penny. It’s also well-located, coffee in the morning is delicious, and the owner is available literally 24/7. What else do you want?
The front desk lady was extremely helpful and the terrace was my favorite spot to read a book. The room was very clean. Would definitely recommend!
This hotel is well located and impeccably clean. The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was wonderful in all aspects. They were waiting to help when we arrived in the midst of a torrential downpour, and it only got better from that point onward. The nightly provision of small cakes and a hot water bottle was so appreciated! When we decided to have a little picnic for dinner on the rooftop terrace one evening, the hotel staff made sure we had all the plates, glasses and cutlery necessary, and even brought out dessert cakes up there for us. A lovely little gem in Quito, highly recommended!
Very small room - upgrade if you're a couple. Location is OK - if you're into bars and such, this neighborhood is for you. Wifi was strong, breakfast was nothing special but kind that the staff will make you two eggs to order. A good hotel for in-and-out. It's the staff that make this place awesome - they really will go out of their way for you (and that means more than things like decor and presentation).
The Staff is Amazing, impeccable manners and an attention to details and the individual no longer seen or felt in the Hotel industry. Very Clean rooms, centrally located, safe area with Police right next door in a substation. Great Free Breakfast, fruits, eggs, Coffee to wake up to, bread butter, ham and cheese, and Fruits again. A wonderful outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor.. Great Place. Stay here!
