Made a booking 12 months ago (with free cancellation), cancelled June 2020 due to the obvious Coronavirus, sent numerous emails and never received a response. Now (March 2021) they have still taken the money from my account. What a scam

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. The owner is lovely and professional. The place is full of antiques!

Beautiful colonial-style small hotel in a nice, safe area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is very clean and has big comfortable beds for a good night's sleep after a day exploring Quito. The staff is super-friendly and they go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
