My stage was incredible!!! Great staff, excellent breakfast and facilities!!! Really a very good place to stay in Punta. Besides perfect location. Definitely recommend it!!!
Really bad service, we got a room with a broken air-condition that could only make heat. which we asked the reception to fix, which they said they would. We then went for a walk and come back to the room with the air-condition running and the room being burning hot. Then we leave the room again and see the mechanic just about to go up and fix it, at 23:30... When we come back after a drink the air-condition was not fixed and it was on again. So there we were in a burning hot room in December. Great... No discount, no apology. Thanks for nothing.
Room was nice, cool shower, friendly staff, price for value was good, can recommend it and would book it again.

The hotel is being remodeled, room to small for two people!
