This small Boutique hotel just 50 m off the Atlantic Beach coast offers everything one expects from a holiday place.
The rooms aren't big but feature all comfort. From safe deposit box to hairdryer. From comfortable springbox bed to big shower cabin. The linens are fine quality. The aircon is working with low noise, the windows protect against street noise (if there is, nights are calm, I slept with open window) and the sunshade curtains give you total darkness if you like.
A big, normal fridge was a good surprise. They offer also laundry service. Wifi is working everywhere very well. The breakfast buffet is great. And each morning there are different surprises. Fresh juice from kiwi or orange. A big variety of fresh cut fruits, cerials, sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, toast, various jams, many different cakes and even good coffee. The buffet never gets empty, even at late morning, as the lady refills it permanently.
Everywhere is very clean!
The white lobby (all is white in this building apart from the artworks) is spacious and comfortable the bar offers not only coffee but cocktails, wine and some tapas. There is a private parking lot behind the building. The reception is 24 hours and each single person from the staff is helpful and friendly all times. Call them directly to arrange a good rate. For returners a special discount applies. The reception booked for me excursions, looked up addresses, called taxi.helped me with whatever question I had. A big compliment to everybody.
The harbor and the other beach is also in walking distance. The main street is 1, 5 blocks away. There are several banks and ATM. I suggest the banca della Nacion, their expenses are the lowest for cash withdrawal. Restaurants are plenty from high range to self service. Coming from Argentina you need adapter for plugs. For schuko from Europe you can buy adapter very cheap in main street. The staff will tell you where.
A big surprise to me was that I had been given a beach chair (ultra light), sun umbrella and beach towel. When coming to Punta without anything, as I am traveling around.this had been my worry. All was free of charge! And the 50m to the beach I managed even carrying all this.
On the roof there are two terraces with one jacuzzi. I enjoyed to stay there in the afternoon, overlooking the beach and having some shade. It was windy while I was there, I don't know if this is always the case. The beach is free, clean, sandy.

Nice place, very neat, very poor breakfast, the rooms with a balcony could have an awning or an umbrella, a spectacular view, very good point.
