Very old fashioned and customer unfriendly. Beware of rooms (Standard rooms) with No balcony terrace, they are dark and feel tiny. Awful beds.

The room was pretty cozy and the shower pretty modern. It is a really beautiful place, awesome pool and spa. The staff was very helpful and kind. Also, the breakfast was the best I had in Punta!! Would recommend it to anyone.

Gorgeous hotel with fanatastic perks like heated pools and a full breakfast. The staff are polite and helpful and some even speak a little English. I will absolutely be going again.

The hotel is really nice and the service is excellent. Location is great. Breakfast is really good!!!
