Very disappointing! Photos in booking have nothing to do with reality. Our 2 room apartment was old and in VERY bad shape. It's an old building with several recently renovated rooms, but not ours. It wouldn't have been a problem if pictures were representative of all rooms, but the owner carefully avoided showing the older rooms in booking. Personnel was kind and helpful, location ok and beds comfortable, but the owner never acknowledged that pictures were misleading and did absolutely nothing to make us feel fairly treated or at least to understand our frustration. This is by no means a 3 star hotel and I would not recommend it without double-checking the exact room booked.
The lights in the room didn't work, the internet didn't work, the elevator didn't work. The staff was extremely unhelpful when confronted with problems. They tried to charge me for parking when it was included in the price. It took me 30 minutes to get my car from their parking lot. When I complained they said I should have paid for premium parking. Do NOT stay here.
Very badly kept, in bad need of a general makeover.
The localization is great, near la mano, playa brava, playa mansa.
But the hotel have some issues like some mould in the wall. The disposition of the furniture is not good. It's not very clean. I had a lot of problems with power plug ( it's really short, things does not connect ( so insecure).
Needs a improvement, quickly. I would say that they have great potential to explore , but they need to improve as soon as possible!
I made a error on a refundable tariff directely in the hotel site . The error was quite obvious and unless time travel would been aloud this would be impossible to honour. Even so they charged me the full amount of the reservation and when I asked to please change the date they simply answered: not possible. Avoid these people, they are after your credit card details, basically.
