Really nice hotel! Modern and clean with an attention to detail. Indoor and outdoor pools are great. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Punta del Este.
Best boutique hotel we stayed in South America. It was so luxurious and the price was affordable. I loved that you could rent bikes and ride around. I will definitely stay there again!!!
Beautiful hotel! The room was super comfortable and the jacuzzi was very good!! Nice environment and garden with a pool. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Totally recommend it!

Absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully landscaped gardens amid lush vegetation and heated outdoor swimming pool. Clean, comfortable rooms overlooking the garden. Delicious 'tailor-made' breakfast served at the time and with the ingredients chosen by each guest; exquisite yet affordable sandwiches you can enjoy either by the pool or at the small balcony in your own room. Last, but not least, a fantastic team of highly-qualified, friendly young staff members who are always ready to go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
All in all, a wonderful experience.
A great hostel, everything was just awesome , a small bar and playing area that is nice to spend great time with friends. all staff are helping and supporting.
Great place to stay in, near Punta Shopping Center, and the place has a client garage to park your car while you are in.
The pool is great too, even in the pandemic times, it was well managed and really nice to get some stress out of your system.
Very disappointing! Photos in booking have nothing to do with reality. Our 2 room apartment was old and in VERY bad shape. It's an old building with several recently renovated rooms, but not ours. It wouldn't have been a problem if pictures were representative of all rooms, but the owner carefully avoided showing the older rooms in booking. Personnel was kind and helpful, location ok and beds comfortable, but the owner never acknowledged that pictures were misleading and did absolutely nothing to make us feel fairly treated or at least to understand our frustration. This is by no means a 3 star hotel and I would not recommend it without double-checking the exact room booked.
Outatanding. If you want an elegant and classy but rustic (chic boho) experience without the frills of typical chain resort hotels, then this is the place for you ( or your family) to visit. Dont expect annoying staff everywhere to "entertain" you but refined service. You wont find manicures, spas/massages or pool dancers here. Just beautiful pools (one heated) great food, well-designed bungalows and cabins draped in good taste and a relaxed atmosphere. Our family appreciated the 100 meter walk to the beach, the trampoline for kids, the warm and comforting kids club services, the free bikes and friendly (but not in your face all the time) staff. Mostly European and native visitors.
Short and sweet: this is a wonderful hotel.
Generous pours of wine, good service overall, nice ambience. The casino terrace has a gorgeous view of the beach especially at sunset hours.
The location could not be better. There are many restaurants at the hotel: sushi and buffet (a little overpriced for the food selection). If you appreciate good food especially meat you can find a better place to have dinner for the price.
For the most part you can’t go wrong with this hotel.
Friendly staff, great location, breakfast was good, the room was clean and comfortable, the only thing was that in the pool the water was cloudy, but the rest was great.
Visiting this hotel was undoubtedly the best decision for our vacation. The hotel from the outside looks like a fairytale castle, with an elegance that makes it stand out in the landscape of Punta del Este. Inside, the facilities, services and attention of the hosts lives up to that first great visual impression. The breakfast is substantial and varied, the pool is large and well-maintained, and the beautiful, colorful garden is ideal for several relaxing walks. If there is availability, request the superior rooms with balcony facing the garden! Recommended 100%, we will be back!
The room was pretty cozy and the shower pretty modern. It is a really beautiful place, awesome pool and spa. The staff was very helpful and kind. Also, the breakfast was the best I had in Punta!! Would recommend it to anyone.
