Truly amazing experience throughout!!!
My partner and I went for a two week trip through Istria and our stay at Valsabbion near Pula was easily our favourite stop.
First of all, the quality of the service was exceptionally good. All the staff were super friendly, had great knowledge and paid attention to detail in every possible way. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible which really made a big difference to us!
The rooms are absolutely stunning. Every piece of furniture is obviously handpicked to make the space aesthetically pleasing and matching in every way. - Making it almost hard to leave the hotel at all!
Cleanliness was impeccable as well. The whole hotel only has a few rooms so you feel very well looked after as a guest throughout.
As for the breakfast - the food was nothing short of amazing. I myself am gluten free and vegetarian and the staff were extremely accommodating towards my dietary requirements. Actually, a lot of the food they had on offer was already suitable for my needs but they again went above and beyond to cater accordingly.
Again the attention to detail was unbelievable as they offered fresh home made breads, pastries, strudels, even yoghurt and much more.
Location is awesome, max 15 mins from center of Pula and directly on a beach. (+private beach!)
I could go on for ever about how much we loved our stay at Valsabbion but honestly it’s the place to stay if you’re in the area! Can not praise enough.
Just fantastic! Everything about this place is spot on, amazing welcome, stunning breakfast, brilliant pool area and the rooms are fabulous. Highly, highly recommend
Very warm and welcoming Ambiente. Cute rooms that have a lot of style an amazing breakfast and a personal that takes really care. Even a privat beach with sun beds and Baldachin beds. Just everything very relaxing and with a personal stylish touch. 3-4 restaurants in around 1 km distance while the nearest is just 300 m away. Only the rubber floating island in the bay disturbs the view, but also fun to see how the kids enjoy it.
Small improvement proposal for the hotel, the sun beds need some renewals, but sure that this will be done and the Baldachin beds are just heaven.
I almost forgot to mention the nature park on the other side that invites for a morning run or just for a walk.
We recommend the fish restaurant at the Harbour, what is delicious and for a surprising normal price.
Cute Hotel Only a bit outside of pula
Despite being quite small having only a pool, beach seating area, Spa, and Main Lobby Its Modern looks and Cute rooms with friendly staff have made me feel very at home here.
On top of that they serve a great breakfast taking time to make everything fresh, even the bread
If your looking for a laid back relaxing stay I would say this is the place for you.
Overall excellent location and hotel situated conveniently next to the local beach. Nearby restaurants meant not having to travel far to enjoy excellent food, of which Lanterna Restaurant stands out. The room had a unique character and was perfect for us, while service in the hotel was excellent throughout with the helpful staff members. While the beach was nearby it did get crowded in the afternoon, having the swimming pool meant escaping from the crowds was easy and the atmosphere at the pool was great. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxurious escape to Croatia.
