This is a fantastic hotel with immaculate and beautiful rooms. We had an ocean view room that was phenomenal. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
My husband and I were hesitant since we have 2 toddlers. This hotel’s staff goes above & beyond for their guests safety. Our room had a beautiful view both of our daughters 2yrs & 4 yrs loved the hotel! We are sad to go but we will most definitely come back this year. Highly recommended
We all had rental cars. the way up and down is easier after a few tries. I lucky enough to see a lot of the rooms in this hotel :) we stayed in the two king master bedroom suite w the circle jacuzzi in room 502. Worth Every Penny!!! All our window had an ocean view even in the shower . We made great use of the fully stocked kitchen. We bought seasoning and food from Walmart so them not having a restaurant didn’t bother us. we also got detergent and washed our clothes, At the moment the room doesn’t have a washer and dryer but they let us use the washer and dryer in a different suite. They also have a very friendly staff who can wash your clothes and it smelled terrific. My cousins and her parents each got the studio rooms and my friend was across the hall from me in the huge studio suite they had just renovated. My friends cousin joined her later on our trip and their room was a one bedroom and also had a jacuzzi.
The management and staff are extremely helpful they even gave my cousin a ride when they had rental car problems. The closest beach is conchas chinas which is one of the prettiest in Vallarta. The Oxxo is the closest food and it an easy trip down the way off the Main Street. It’s super close to all the attractions and furthest away from the ruckus and so dark at night the stars were very bright. I would love to come back :)
Great place to stay. Irvin was our chef for the week and every meal was absolutely great. He paid close attention the our different needs. all staff was great. front desk very good about booking trips for us. we will be back.
Staff is really attentive and the rooms look absolutely fantastic. Food at the Top Sky Bar was delicious, and if you are there when it starts getting cold at night they even offer blankets... Great experience. When they finish construction of the new facilities no doubt it will be even better.
