Excellent!!! I just liked the location and attention to the 100 ... But what I appreciate the most is that although I forgot gold objects in the room when I left, they were recovered by the super honest hotel security and cleaning staff, they sent them to me by parcel in less of days!! Totally grateful for your honesty and commitment. The best experience in this hotel and its valuable people. Thank you very much and congratulations
Excellent facilities, they are new so everything will be in very good condition, the service from the staff is kind and friendly, the only thing I would change is the breakfast menu, since it is egg in different preparations, but it is also rich, for me It is one of the best hotels in Vallarta !!!

If I like it because it is comfortable, it has a "large" pool but there are several details such as when we arrived at the hotel nobody received us and to check in there is no button to help you with your suitcases and nobody showed us the room and we had to go giving us account after the first day that he had other things like the minibar
And there wasn't even a complimentary water
The rooms are beautiful and the decor is incredibly pretty and memorable ... I loved the bed, it's super comfortable
