I’m an American digital nomad who has been staying here for a month. I really couldn’t be more pleased with my new place. The location is second to none. It’s extremely affordable. It’s clean. The air conditioning units are powerful. It’s quiet (for the most part). The people who work here are friendly and polite. It’s safe and secure. It’s spacious. The internet speed and reliability are excellent. Any minor issues have been dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction.
I’m literally a block and a half from one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta, Los Muertos Beach. There are a ton of fantastic restaurants and bars within walking distance. The view from the sun deck, just a few steps above me, is spectacular.
Sometimes I’m pretty sure I am the only guest in the entire hotel. Seriously. Both the pool and hot tub are usually empty. I actually struggled with my decision to write this review because I fear the secret will get out and the place will fill up and/or my rate will go up. I’m in the Penthouse, so don’t even think about trying to steal my suite! Nevertheless, I decided to write this glowing review because the people who manage the place are genuinely decent and they really do provide an excellent experience.
It’s not the Ritz Carlton. If that’s what you’re looking for, this isn’t it. No, it’s not perfect, but the minor shortcomings I’ve experienced are what make my living experience here distinctly Mexican. It’s a little noisy sometimes. I have been woken up by roosters crowing. That may annoy some people, but I think it’s pretty cool. I love this place. I’m confident you will too.

Hotel room are disgusting and not as illustrated, they will ignore your concerns. The drains are all plugged and covid-19 protocol are all ignored.
Besides being one noisy street 24hr a day. I would not book with this hotel online...or trust what they say.
Location and price very good. Needs a microwave in the kitchen and a tv in the main room. The top of the refrigerator was extremely dirty. The half bath was a nice surprise.
It is a small but nice hotel, very quiet, located in a beautiful area. It is two blocks from Los Muertos beach. The staff is very friendly and attentive!
I loved it, and although they were a bit disorganized when they received us, from then on everything improved.
The service is very friendly, the view and the area amazing. You can walk to the best restaurants and convenience stores are on the corner. The beach that is a few blocks away, very quiet and if you can get into it. The hotel is small, but very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. They have two pools, one with a hydromassage, both perfect. We got the suite upstairs, with a kitchenette, I hope they have already fixed the drain in the bathtub, if that suite happens to you, just check the shower first (It takes time for the water to go). In general, very good stay, it will be my first choice for next vacations.
