I finally pampered myself with an all inclusive resort. The service was excellent. The food was great, especially at the reservation restaurants. Enrique at the Piazza especially good!
This place is excellent for kids and I would highly reccomend the Waterpark on the property, it's quite large.
Big problem is that the amount of beach vendors in the resort only "roped in" area is not limited or policed. Within the area on the private part of the beach in front of the hotel there are probably ~40 vendors. I don't know how they get there but you have to wave them away about twice a minute. This could be eliminated by a single staff member keeping them out of the roped area. In my picture you'll see the rope which marks the area vendors are supposed to be limited to. They even ask you to buy things while you're sleeping, no relaxation. Who would want this?
Not to mention, I came to relax, not to be constantly watching hordes of people navigate around my child hoping he doesn't get bumped or picked up, and strangers just staring at him with notebooks, and leaving. PLEASE LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF VENDORS CROWN PARADISE.
Everything was great here, the staff was amazing soo polite. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay at this resort...

The resort was good overall, we were quite happy with the food. The bartenders around the pool were very polite and fast, also want to thank them for serving my daughter even if she was little. Some bartenders in other resorts don't care much about serving the kids and that upset me.
The service at the buffet definitely need lots of improvement. Two days in arrow at supper time we never got approach for drinks or coffee. They walked by us many times...Ive been in the service industry for many years and I think the waiters at the resort need major training.
The warm pool was nice however, I believe their is need for improvement to keep the deck clean.
Our room was nice and spacious, housekeeping were probably overwhelmed with the amount of room they had to clean cause our room was never done before 4 pm which is pretty late. So, for the last 3 days we were there I started making our own beds and cleaning our floor with towels.
Puerto Vallarta is a very beautiful and clean beach, and this hotel maked my vacations better! They have an incredible service to the clients, and it makes the visit super comfortable. The restaurants they have are super complete, with a lot of variety and delicious food and desserts. An incredible experience!
