Loved this hotel! Wonderful location, quiet, high quality bedding and towel. Super clean! The kitchen was handy for making my own coffee. Would definitely return.
If the smell of raw sewage whether its coming in the kitchen window or up through the drains or mildew is your thing rent the GREY room, its the first room across from the reception area. We initially took this room after seeing that it was being freshly painted. I now suspect they were doing this to cover mold on the walls or to cover up fecal matter. I would also caution you on the lack of proper cleaning at this property. I was unfortunately ill one night and soiled the bedding (not my finest moment) yet after house keeping had cleaned the room I found that they decided that changing the mattress cover that was clearly solied was too much work. So check the linens if you dare.
Because we booked through a third party we couldn't leave early without penalty, so we moved to the top floor PURPLE suite for the remainder of our reservation. Much nicer, dry room no terrible meldew smell and a sliding door out to a roof deck facing the ocean. Great spot to sit and take in sunsets if that's your thing.
Finally be aware that this property is not one i would recommend unless you needed something really really cheap for a very short stay. Far less than the $40 a night I spent.

Great little hotel. The staff are friendly, amazing location, nice views, good breakfast and the rooms are very clean.
