Staff is really attentive and the rooms look absolutely fantastic. Food at the Top Sky Bar was delicious, and if you are there when it starts getting cold at night they even offer blankets... Great experience. When they finish construction of the new facilities no doubt it will be even better.
Beware of the “hidden fees” and the “fine print” everywhere at this place. They first and most important interest is to rip every guest off. #itoldyou
My first time in Mexico and this people here made my vacation enjoyable.
They were really sweet and made me feel safe. Margarita and her team were very nice And super friendly Although their bar by the beach with the pools “ **MANTAMAR** “needs a little maintenance and improvement in the roof top 1st cabin next to were the crystal clear Pool is located. I cut my foot open, it wasn’t too bad but it could have happen worse. It had some broken parts on the floor And sharp pieces sticking out that were dangerous. They did a great job covering up and put towels on it and make it feel a little safe but still is a bar and I believe people wanna have fun and be safe. I would definitely be back here for a weekend because i loved how friendly their staff is and SUPER SWEET specially Anna. Very sweet girl. I loved their friendly staff.
But if you want something more fancy to Just Relax, I would recommend to go check Garza Blanca. I was in love there and you don’t have to walk stairs. They take you around in golf cars. Just do NOT let their real state fool you. . But if you love Mexico so much and want to owe a property with them in 50 years. Go for it .

Before booking I read the reviews , this is towards the resort. Based on the reviews on the recent month far to many negatives that we’ve decided not to book here. Address their issues , was actually looking forward to staying. Off to Cancun instead!

Nice accommodations for LGBT visitors. Everything is in walking distance. Easy to make friends. Staff is fluent in English and very helpful.
