Today I had the pleasure of eating breakfast at Casa Nicole Restaurante. I ordered the classic french toast and the chef's signature egg dish alongside hot coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Let me tell you what a treat it was! The thick cuts of bread coated with surgery goodness was amazing and the hash browns + eggs with bacon and avocado melted in my mouth! Everything was wonderfully done down to the the ambiance of the newly remodeled Mexican modern space to the incredibly kind and attentive staff. I will be visiting many more times to come!
The hotel is probably in the MOST perfect location in Puerto Vallarta. It is in the town center, but no disco or bar is next door. The street is quiet, and you are one block from the ocean and one block from the river. In front of the hotel is my favorite French pastry shop.
Our family's sleep was not good. It was excellent. I don't remember the last time I slept 10 hours straight just because of the bed and the linens, the room - everything was perfect.
Because the hotel is rather small the stuff is very professional you will feel pampered, and you will feel at home.
I highly recommend Casa Nicole hotel for your stay in Puerto Vallarta, especially if you do travel with the kids.
Oh, I forgot about breakfast! Probably I should write another 5-star review for their restaurant...
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and modern! The staff was amazing!! Should definitely be a 5 star hotel and would recommend anyone stay here. The restaurant has amazing fresh food! Can’t wait to come back
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and patient, especially with our kids. The restaurant is affordable and they use quality ingredients. The pool area on the roof is clean and well maintained. The rooms are simple but appointed with all the necessities and the cleaning service is excellent, there’s nothing like coming back after a long day at the beach to a clean room. I highly recommend Casa Nicole and many thanks to them for hosting us.
From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, our experience at Casa Nicole was incredible. The staff was personable, friendly and helpful all the way through! The rooms and common spaces are impeccably curated and maintained. You can tell every decision is made with care and passion for the customer experience. Everything was so nice, we said we could have been in a luxury hotel anywhere in the world! This special, cozy hotel is not to be missed. Please make sure to ask the owner, Rolando, how he chose the name, Casa Nicole. It will warm your heart and give this place that extra charm everyone appreciates! Casa Nicole will be the only place I stay or recommend in Puerto Vallarta from now on!
