Great place to stay. Irvin was our chef for the week and every meal was absolutely great. He paid close attention the our different needs. all staff was great. front desk very good about booking trips for us. we will be back.

Reading these reviews I'm wondering if I am staying in the same place! Non-stop thumping
music all day (and construction noise next door) until 11pm means it's unpleasant to even sit outside. It's a total party zone which is great unless you are in your late 50s! Those days are sadly over! The staff are extremely helpful although rooms are dated. No privacy in toilet as there's a weird hole into the actual bedroom. Sorry to sound negative but despite being in a great location, it's not a relaxing location
Great location, food is above average but many places close by.
Our group has been staying here for a few years now. The location is great and very walkable to everything. Shops are right around the corner and they will arrange all pickup times for whatever festivities you want to adventure out to.
If there is one recommendation that is an absolute must, it is to request Chef LuLu. She cooked for us every-day and was hands down some of the best food we have had the chance to eat in PV. She made us all feel like we were at home, told us jokes, and was an excellent host at every food gathering we had. She would have coffee made every morning and knew exactly how to prepare it after asking the first day.
Overall, this is a great place to stay and would highly recommend anyone coming to PV to stay at Vallarta Shores.
