A little tricky to get into the hotel if you take a cab or an Uber. You walk through the mall and there is a door there that you need to push a button to ask for help. You check in on another level.
The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and basic. No refrigerator or ice bucket. I did not use the pool but did walk around and it looks very relaxing. Overall a great place for the price.
Perfect location and pricing. Easy access to shopping and to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful, felt very safe and impressed how staff and the surrounding areas were strict with mask wearing and offered hand sanitizer. Good view and very clean.
Beds are cool. The jacuzzi is not working no food and they want to charge for everything. They are thirsty here.
This is a nice, newer hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, right on a major bus route. The room is tastefully decorated and quiet. The bed is very good...firm and comfortable. There are a couple of surprising omissions in the room though. There was no ice bucket provided...we had to get one from the restaurant...and there is no refrigerator in the room. It would be nice to keep drinks cool. The pool is nice but in a strange location on the lobby level, accessed by crossing through the restaurant. These few issues aside, the Fiesta Inn is a great value.
Super clean, very helpful and attentive staff. When we first arrived, the woman at the front desk helped us understand the peso to USD conversion and the pesos worth. There was no even a time my friend locked her luggage in her suit case and maintenance helped us get it open! Oh and the 24 hour service is amazing! The staff is always had great energy and the breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Definitely worth every penny! Plus the view over the shopping center was to DIE FOR, we even saw the beach from our rooms.
