Very nice condo building right in the heart of old Town
Love the area. Close to great food, hotels and entertainment.

This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo with modern amenities through out. It has been updated with a very nice kitchen, beautifully tiled showers and designed for vacation ease. The refrigerator had filtered water and ice, and a washer and dryer in the unit in its own utility room. Outside dining next to the river and trees - great iguana and bird watching out on the covered balcony. The pool was very nice and relaxing and the elevator worked as it should; there was a front desk attendant 24 hours a day to assist with packages, new visitors and to track who was entering and leaving the residence. Only a block from the beach in Old Town, plenty of local businesses and restaurants within blocks of walking. We hIghly recommend this condominium.
Went for some drinks and a snack with a friend, we had some nice and refreshing margaritas and a beautiful freshly made guacamole, everything was great.
