Stunning apartment, everything was there on arrival (tea,coffee,milk,bread, butter).
Excellent directions to the apartment and on meeting Paul and Sevgi they were the friendliest most helpful couple.
Magical villas with all the luxuries you would ever need, 10 seconds walk to the Protaras promenade. Every room is controlled digitally, lights, aircon, blinds. And to top it all theres a gaming room 10/10
Very friendly staff! Super comfortable for a reasonable price. Good allround breakfast. I can easily recommend this and the location is fantastic. Only very slight negative was the right light on our balcony that we never figured out if it was possible to turn off, but could easily be covered with blankets.
Small well proportioned hotel. Perfect for couples of all ages. Not much entertainment but it's not so bad if you can make your own. The staff really can't do enough for you. Love it here.
The rooms are very big and get cleaned every day. A family of 4 could easily live there for a week or two. It is 5 minutes from the sea. And all the rooms have a view of the sea. It also has a pool of the residents of the hotel which you can use for free if you live there. Lastly the rooms are renovated. I will definatly be coming here next summer
Just got back from Vangelis and wanted to thank everyone for their welcome and how well they looked after us. I have 3 young children and nothing was every a problem for the staff at this hotel. The food was AMAZING I have been to all inclusive's before and not enjoyed the food but there was a great choice and always cooked freshly and perfectly. The bar staff were amazing also, always helpful and kind to the whole family. THE BEST HOLIDAY I have been on in the past 25 years :-)
A beautiful set of apartments with an amazing pool and wonderful gardens. It is centrally located and very nearby the Protaras sandy beaches and all shops and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and contained all the necessary equipment for making breakfast and other meals. Wifi is available everywhere including the rooms. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!
We Stayed and got married in the sun rise hotel in 2016 With 50 guest And the hotels wedding planner who was from Birmingham same as us was amazing with organizing everything from wine beers food cocktails saxophonist and the pianoplayer ,,and even sorted all the decorations and balloons in the garden which was amazing,,we had the large family room over looking the pool and beach (wow) what a view,,location is the best as you are directly on the beech ,,our beds were saved for 2 weeks around the swim up pool bar and when we went out on day trips we would come back and the beds hadn’t been touch Top class Hotel with staff very friendly recommend this hotel it’s worth every penny,,,we’ve tried most hotels in protarus as we have been 7 times this is 100 percent the one
Excellent spacious villa on top of the water! Huge garden for the kids to play in. Although it is only a short walk to Fig Tree Bay and the Protaras high street it is in a quiet residential area.
We have worked closely with this business for over 10 years and have found the owner to be honest reliable and professional as indicated in the genuine 5 Star reviews made here and now including ours! We sync all guests and bookings with this company and we questioned the reviews from a Mr Kelly and Mr Johansson.We confirm the fact these people never booked or had any communication and never contacted Fig Tree Bay Villa.These reviews should be submitted to the relevant business or agency they contacted and rented from. There are sometimes unavoidable double bookings in this business as there are many channels and multiple booking agents.We had one and we were totally compensated and taken care off.Thank you Andrew for your dedication, hospitality,kindness and honest integrity!
We booked via BA Holidays and wow what a deal!! It was beyond our expectations and we travel to some nice hotels in the world.
Highlights:
- Beach: Fantastic with crystal clear waters
- Staff: Everyone working there is absolutely amazing. So nice, attentive, quick, helpful
- Food: Full Board so had choice of 6 restaurants. All great value if half/full board as can have 3 courses from the menu. Lunch was great as well by the pool - again 3 courses.
- Room: Very good
Would definitely recommend and come back. Especially now as the hotel was half empty so nice and peaceful :)
Absolutely perfect place! Very nice hotel, spacious, well equipped rooms (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV, AC, hairdryer, comfortable beds, balcony), very smiling staff ready to help 24/7, beautiful place, two pools with warm water, close beach with turtles swimming with you in the water, reasonable prices. We will come again!

All staff very friendly and helpful and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The head receptionist Vasiliki exceeded our expectation and could not help us enough when she transfered us from a sister hotel that closed due to Covid-19. She catered for all our needs and customer service skills excelled throughout our stay. Fantastic pool bar with very friendly service and lots of sunbeds surround the pool.Lovely breakfast with great choices and great service. I would definitely book again and recommend this superb hotel which is very good value for money.
I went there at 23:30 desperate as the hotel i had it was awful, they have welcomed me very warmly and helped me out with everything, the following morning i moved at Vrisisana and what a relief ! Spacious clean room, amazing staff and finally some calm and relaxation time with my wife ! All we needed as the 10 previous days we were in a different hotel of a different chain which was supposed to be a 4* hotel and it was awful !
In terms of LOCATION Vrissiana is very well situated as well surrounded by the beach and restaurants in the city center of Protaras, really nice to go for a walk :).

The swimming pool was really nice and calm as well, friendly staff, and families there. Felt like home.

Out of this world, such a beautiful hotel, I went for 2 weeks but the lock down put a stop on it and I had to come home after 1 week. The hotel staff were amazing the food was beautiful the hotel was spectacular. If you get the chance stay at this hotel
