Excellent spacious villa on top of the water! Huge garden for the kids to play in. Although it is only a short walk to Fig Tree Bay and the Protaras high street it is in a quiet residential area.
Firstly, photos are taken long time ago, obviously. Many things are broken and not working at all, many - not working properly. All training equipment is broken, there is no sunshade shown on photos (above the doors), BBQ shown on photos is also broken. Kitchen itself needs renovation (Al least to be repaired). Blinds not working. Cleaning is only one time per week. Villa was great when it was put up for rent in the beginning. And location is quite good. But now - many negative points and highly overpriced. If you plan to rent it - come and check it before if you can, if not - at least ask for fresh photos. Or just find a better option.
