Just got back from Vangelis and wanted to thank everyone for their welcome and how well they looked after us. I have 3 young children and nothing was every a problem for the staff at this hotel. The food was AMAZING I have been to all inclusive's before and not enjoyed the food but there was a great choice and always cooked freshly and perfectly. The bar staff were amazing also, always helpful and kind to the whole family. THE BEST HOLIDAY I have been on in the past 25 years :-)
Stayed for a week in September. Superb location, 2 minutes from the beach. Lucky enough to get a room that looked faced the beach and strip. The room was fantastic and large. Had a separate lounge area with two TV's!
Hotel was very clean. Plenty of sunbeds and no queuing for food or drinks at the pool bars. Food was good with a different theme most nights and the waiter's were attentive.
Would love to visit again!
Very cosy hotel mostly for families with children. The rooms are renovated and clean. The sea is very close - less than 5 minutes on foot. The sea shore and water are really clean. There are a lot of good restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. I think that for the teenagers the area would look rather dull, but for families it is perfect.
Great food in restaurant, clean rooms with plenty of place, despite big amount of people still some free sunbeds can he found ar the pool. The people in the hotel are very kind. The hotel is worth any.money.spent here. We were.with two.kids and there is so many things for kids. The beach is ~300m from the hotel with nice sand and clean water with parts of bigger rocks, as.you can see on the taken picture.
Booked a suite, was given the worst room in the the whole hotel, looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Don’t be fooled by the sea view and relaxing balcony photos either - the one we were given was by the ground floor entrance, people walking by, kids knocking on our door for a joke.
I asked to move rooms after complaining to the hotel manager, and she literally said “That’s just marketing techniques” - after I showed her the photo of the room we booked and complained about what we were actually given. So she was clearly admitting to false marketing techniques then.
Restaurant food was basic and boring. Bad management, would not recommend this hotel. The beachfront hotels like the Great Constantinos looked so much nicer and we regret not booking one of them instead.
