Terrible customer services Staff very rude to us Very unprofessional The area is lovely but this is the most hostile hotel. Save your money go to a different hotel in Protaras.

Love this place ❤

The food was truly excellent! The staff is extremely serviceminded and the entertainment for the kids (and adults haha) made every evening memorable for us. So many activities during the day for kids and also something for the grown ups; aquafit for instance which I loved and joined everyday. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for looking after us:-)

Great hotel & great staff, sadly as a Brit no longer allowed as it is Scandinavian only now. Real shame
