I went there at 23:30 desperate as the hotel i had it was awful, they have welcomed me very warmly and helped me out with everything, the following morning i moved at Vrisisana and what a relief ! Spacious clean room, amazing staff and finally some calm and relaxation time with my wife ! All we needed as the 10 previous days we were in a different hotel of a different chain which was supposed to be a 4* hotel and it was awful !
In terms of LOCATION Vrissiana is very well situated as well surrounded by the beach and restaurants in the city center of Protaras, really nice to go for a walk :).
Amazing Sea Bar View as well !
The swimming pool was really nice and calm as well, friendly staff, and families there. Felt like home.

Very nice clean hotel, mostly helpful and kind staff. We had a very pleasant stay here overall. Beach is just few steps from the sun beds in the hotel area (gras) so you do not have to pay extra money for the sun beds and umbrellas directly on the beach. This was an information I was searching for and didn't find anywhere, so I thought, I will have to pay for those on the beach. Very nice sandy beach (no stones or gravel). Good prices for water sports. During our stay 28.8.-12.9. bigger wawes just once, everyday sunny and hot weather. Food was OK, we were not hungry, but it was nothing special at all, we already had much better and richer offers in other countries and hotels. BIG MINUS POINT, maybe something for the manager or director to think about = There was NO WATER on the room when we arrived at the hotel at all, even when we have paid for ALL INCLUSIVE!!! And the water from the water tap is not drinkable!!! So you have to go to the pool bar during the day or Lobby bar in the evening and ask for a glass of water, you do not get a bottle!!! I was told it is only for customers paying in cash as if we didn't pay for it!!! That's NOT acceptable for me at all when someone has paid ALL INCLUSIVE!!! This was my first hotel with such regulation and I was very unsatisfied with such solution. Also minibar is empty, you have to pay extra and they will fill it. OH, an one more very important information: In the front of the hotel, ca. 50-70m away is a Disco Bar with very loud music, which many people were complaining about as they couldn't sleep. Evening program was very poor, so if you stay at the hotel it is simply boring.
Great hotel next to beach lovely staff beautiful place
Disappointing in truth this was an enforced change for us and has not gone well. Some good features such as facilities but overall not the experience we would have hoped for.
