Wonderful experience, the waterpark at the hotel is jyst simply great; its not too big but its all the kids need, room was nice and spacious and cleaned daily, food was a bit repetative but fresh and with picky little eaters its not a problem. parking was a bit of a problem but found a good spot to park across the road. All in all great value for money.
Really nice hotel. For couples and friends. Really close to protaras popular beaches
07.2019 - Hotel is very comfortable. Location is good and quite. Big waterpark with hydro-slides is good addition in the middle of the day when temperature is crazy (10:30 till 15:30).
Service is great. All employees are friendly, always near and ready to assist.
Food was amazing, miscellaneous and various during all weekend.
I, my wife and both children spent unforgettable weekend.
So we wish and hope will comeback here.
I recommend this Hotel!
Decided to take a family holiday in Cyprus and decided on an all inclusive break from Jet2 at Narcissos Water Park Resort. Pleasantly surprised with the hotel transfer which was less than an hour and found the hotel staff very welcoming.
The water park is small and suits kids of all ages, well maintained and all of the slides are excellent. This is a family resort and therefore a lot of kids about having fun. I will update this later in the week.
Update: checkout day has arrived and the hotel has fared well. Plenty of choice for all meals including 'Chinese night' but not always to my taste. Breakfast has an excellent range to suit all. Meal times are
Breakfast, 07:00 to 10:00
Lunch, 13:00 to 14:30
Dinner, 19:00 to 21:30.
Pool Bar 10:00 to 18:00 with snacks available outside of meal times.
Unfortunately the hotel uses massive quantities of plastic glasses which could be partly avoided.
Kids entertainment nightly and generally pretty good.
Protests is listed as 10 minute walk but is actually approximately 30 minutes away.
TAXIS. Very hit and miss with quality of service and price, suggest booking in advance and agreeing price before travel. Paid between €14 and $20 for the exact same journey as they do not have meters.
Food is not tasty, especially for children. All with a bunch of spices and sauces. My child here only ate bread and juice. The ice cream was really tasty. The water park on the mountain, under the scorching sun, is uncomfortable to use. It's a long way to the beach. Average quality cleaning. The bracelets are removed before lunchtime and are not fed with lunch on the day of departure (unlike Turkey and Egypt). And yet, if your plane is delayed for 4 hours and you already miss dinner, they don't care ... they go and laugh at you. Hopefully, due to the pandemic, they will close.
