Stated as 4 star hotel, but more like a standard 3 star. Very clean with friendly staff. Literature says it was refurbished a few years ago but our room was much older....headboard covering was worn out with bits of the sponge covering flaking off (yuk).
Food was ok but limited selection and got very repetitive if staying for 2 weeks.
Pool area had lots of drink spills on ground which were never cleaned during our stay.
Worst part was people reserving sunbeds with towels and hotel staff ignored. Lots of beds in best locations had towels left out permanently, even overnight. Many 'reserved' beds were left unused for complete days. Staff need to clear the area every night and dump these selfish people's towels in the bin!
This place is great. Have stayed here twice both in 2019 and 2018. It's very clean. It has great food. I'm vegetarian and you get to choose what you would like to eat at evening meal you just order at reception what you would like and the time you would like it at. The staff are friendly and it's in a fantastic position for the beach and the bars and restaurants around.
3 Star at best, needs some updating. All inclusive hotel, same food on menu every day with exception on probably one different dish. Cleaners very good but hotel entertainment unbearable, plug your ears til 11pm every night.

Hotel staff and cleanliness very good.
Pool area nice and clean.
Bad points are, The hotel has plenty of space yet NO pool tables, pingpong tables or machines for children/teenagers.
The all inclusive package is very very poor. The pool side bar gives out drinks but in half full half pint plastic cups, 1 mouthful and it has gone.
The meal food is terrible, really poor choice and really poor quality/taste.
As for the daily snacks they were sooooo bad, you couldnt order any at bar and had to go searching to find sausages the size of a thumb, stale chips and a spring roll if lucky.
Ice cream choice (no choice just one option) a banana chocolate coated ice lolly.
Poolside cocktails were acceptable but that is it.
